Tasting notes

Wine with a light ruby red color, a spicy note prevails on the nose, along with a pleasant balsamic note. Red fruits and cinnamon are also distinguished.

In the mouth it is dry, balanced with young and well-structured tannins.

Excellent pairing with aged cheeses, red meats, polenta and truffles, lasagna with mushrooms.
